It Takes Grit with Dr. Kerrie DeMarco

Today's guest is Dr. Kerrie Gruber-DeMarco, current Senior Program Management Director at Strategic Analysis Incorporated (which, full disclosure, is also where Cynthia works!). Kerrie has a PhD in Sports Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, and has had an incredible 20+ year career working in the US Government on everything from Special Force member psychology to the nation's preparedness against infectious disease. We talk about pivoting some of the unique challenges women face when pivoting our careers (and how you don't need to know all the answers right away), how Kerrie celebrates each new obstacle that comes her way, and most importantly how your brain can be your strongest muscle when it comes to making your way through any challenge. Enjoy!
