Meet Cynthia
Cynthia Steel has a PhD in Cell Biology, Neurobiology, and Anatomy from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She left academics in 2016 as a Research Assistant Professor and has since been pursuing a career in Medical Affairs. Her passion for education has led to the creation of this podcast, where she hopes to educate and inspire other students or non-tenure track faculty to pursue their dreams outside academia.
